Join him as he interviews Chef Preeti Mistry and then pays tribute to the late Judy Rodgers of Zuni Cafe through interviews with chefs and cooks who worked with her over the years (including some who continue on at Zuni): John Clark & Gayle Pirie (Foreign Cinema), Brandon Jew (Mister Jiu’s), and Nate Norris & Quang Nguyen (Zuni Cafe)
